Returns & Exchanges

Shirt Boss stands by their product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satifsified with our product, return the shirt within 15 days of receipt and will will refund your money or provide an exchange. We will not accept damaged products as a result of the buyer.

If you need to return an item please contact us at sales@shirtboss.com and we will issue a Return Authorization number. When you receive this number write it clearly on the outside of the package.

Shirt Boss will pay for shipping if the reason for return is an error on our end. The customer must pay shipping for all other returns and exchanges.

We may not accept returns or exchanges for custom products unless it was an error on our part.

Returns or exchanges based on sizes may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if the size you received is consistent (within 1.5 inches) of our published sizing charts.
