Shipping Policy
All products are made to order whether they are a stock design or a custom product. This is the only way we can offer such an extensive variety of colors combinations and designs on t-shirts, hoodies and long sleeve shirts in S-5XL. That said, we still ship 90% of orders within 2 business days. Typically on Tuesday and Thursday of every week.
We are a true mom and pop small business shipping out of Orange County, Caifornia. All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless there is an options at checkout for a speedier solution. A tracking number will be provided as soon as we print your label.
We are not responsible for any lost or damages occurred during shipping. If this happens all claims must be made with the shipping carrier.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do so if your order has not been fulfilled yet.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with proof and we will be glad to accommodate your order with an replacement within reasonable timing (at least 7 days is needed to process a replacement), and/or offer complimentary items for the next time.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not process refunds unless your order has NOT been fulfilled.
